Most contraceptive methods in the Philippines are very affordable. A pack of condoms ranges from Php27 to Php235 (SRP), while a pack of pills costs around Php50.20 to Php489.15 (SRP) depending on which kind you buy. Both methods are widely available and can be bought at leading drugstores, while condoms are also available at most convenience stores and on leading online shops.

Out of all the methods available in the Philippines, the IUD is the most cost-effective. Although it initially costs P192.75/piece (SRP), it protects you for up to ten years. If, for example, you have the IUD for at least five years, you have spent Php38.55 on contraception in a year, or just Php3.21 in a month!
