Buddhists or those who do yoga aren’t the only ones who can practice mindfulness; you can do it, too! Meditation and mindfulness come with a lot of health benefits, including boosting your sex life.

Meditation is primarily focusing your attention, concentration, and mind on whatever chosen meditation object—and yes, that can include great sex.

Stress can really affect sex, and meditating can help relieve stress and relax your mind before getting into action. Meditating also helps you be more focused in the present and in your senses, and applying this skill during sex can make the experience more sensual and orgasms more amazing!

How To Practice Meditation

It’s good to boost this skill in a non-sexual situation first before applying it in sex. You can’t do something during sex if you haven’t attempted it beforehand, so practice, practice, practice!

Think about nothing, except for your breath and what’s happening in the moment. Start with very short time frames, around 30 seconds daily, and gradually increase the time frame in steady increments everyday. Think of it as weight lifting for the brain!
